Ruth has been the Manager of Strategic Spend Management with ConocoPhillips for the past 3.5 years. Ruth has obtained both her Bachelor of Process Engineering and MBA from her home Country of Argentina as well she’s obtained her Masters of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Calgary. Ruth is being recognized for her outstanding contribution to the implementation of a program to change the supply chain management approach within Conoco. Ruth continues to lead the change on the ongoing management of this important implementation.

Vicki, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics from UBC and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, has been in her role as Manager of Regulatory Affairs with the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) for the last three years. Vicki’s leadership has allowed CAPP to successfully manage new and emerging issues and has helped steer the industry through a dramatically changing regulatory environment via her continuous work on the Alberta Energy Regulatory initiatives. Her hope is to help streamline processes to reduce duplication, time and efforts.

Bailey has also recently launched CEDA's Aboriginal Operator Training Program which helps advance Aboriginal employees throughout the organization.
