At Young Women in Energy (YWE), we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our attendees. Please review our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policy before purchasing event tickets.

Ticket Fulfillment

All event tickets are processed immediately upon purchase and delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive your ticket(s) within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at events@youngwomeninenergy.com.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in the event details.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email and provided with options, including a full refund or credit toward a future event.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to event-specific policies.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee by 72 hours before the event by contacting us at events@youngwomeninenergy.com with the new attendee’s details.
Name changes or transfers may be subject to a processing fee.
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

Event Changes

Young Women in Energy (YWE) reserves the right to make changes to event details, including venue, time, speakers, or format, as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.
